Here At L&T KENNELS, bird dog training/ dog boarding is our priority. In the past year we have been very busy adding new kennels to better serve our clients and their dogs.
L&T Kennels has the capability to board and train a dozen dogs on our property. Our kennels consist of concrete pens with chain link fencing setting under a metal building so that your dog is protected from the sun and inclimate weather. There is an eight foot wide x thirty-five long by five foot high holding pen in front of the dog pens for added security when we are leashing dogs to take them out of their pens or unleashing them when returning them to their pens. All dogs wear a tracking collar for added security when working in the field. Our kennels are cleaned, washed and disinfected daily.
My wife and I realize that many dogs serve a dual purpose, a hunting companions and a family pet, where they spend the major part of their life interacting with family members and sleeping in the house instead of an outdoor kennel. At L&T Kennels we are set up to accommodate this dog where at night he will be kenneled in our family room along with our own dogs.
At L&T Kennels we keep an abundance of quail and pigeons in stock to be used when working dogs on the “Magic Brush Pile” and also used with our remote launchers and remote releasers so we can train your dog in a controlled hunting situation.
